The community's prayers have been answered! A virtual queue will be in place for the upcoming prerelease of Hyperia City on October 16, 2026, at Disney Springs in Florida.
Prereleases have become increasingly popular as the game continues to attract more fans, with the most recent prerelease at Disney Springs raising several safety concerns among attendees. It was clear that the changes implemented for previous prerelease events were not adequate to accommodate the size of the crowd that showed up hoping to get their hands on the latest exclusive items, available only at select Disney Parks and retail locations.
Attendees will be able to join the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app beginning at 6:00 AM, provided they are within 45 miles of Disney Springs. Full details can be found below. Be sure to check the official link for any updates or changes leading up to the event.
Here’s How it Works
Once your boarding group is called, you will have 60 minutes to return. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Capacity is limited. Joining the virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to purchase the featured Disney Lorcana merchandise.
Limit one Guest per boarding pass—boarding passes cannot be linked or shared.
Purchase limited to 2 units of the featured item(s) per Guest, while supplies last.
The Disney Springs parking garages will follow standard operating hours and open at 9:00 AM.
Any vehicles or Guests arriving before 9:00 AM will be asked to depart and return at 9:00 AM. Since this event is using a virtual queue, Guests do not need to arrive at Disney Springs prior to 9:00 AM for this event.
Early arrivals will not be accommodated until their boarding group has been called. Boarding groups will be called starting no earlier than 9:00 AM. Guests can check the My Disney Experience app for the latest information about their estimated return time.
