This Elsa lore counter was distributed exclusively in China as part of promotional events celebrating the Chinese-language launch of Disney Lorcana in January 2025. At least one documented prerelease event awarded a lore counter to the tournament winner, with additional counters distributed through random drawings based on the number of participants.
